What happens if I'm out and miss my delivery?

If you're not home when your order arrives, depending on your delivery option, our courier will leave this in a safe place or local collection point.

What are your UK delivery options?

We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, especially if you've ordered something for a specific occasion. 

All UK delivery options are FREE and are fully tracked. 

We aim to deliver parcels within the time frames specified on our site. However, there are times when delays may occur which are beyond our control such as adverse weather. We will always keep our customers updated should this happen.

All tracked orders will require a signature upon delivery. 

Please note, some of your items may be delivered separately as orders are occasionally despatched from different locations. In such cases, we will always send you a separate tracking email for each delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your Online Returns Policy?

 

Due to current social circumstances we are aware that items such as jewellery can not be returned. If you have any other concerns please contact our customer services team at info@tmclassy.com we will be happy to assist you. Our objective is to make refunds and exchanges the least of our customer's worries during this time.

 

When returning, please ensure you write your home return address on the outside of your parcel. This is to ensure that if deliveries are delayed or stopped then there is the option for Royal Mail to return this to you. 

We’re happy to accept returns – just make sure that you do the following:

  • Send bags to us exactly as you received them in a new and unused condition. Please ensure that no labels or hygiene strip is removed.

  • Get them back to us within 30 days of receipt (14 days for outlet or sale pieces)

  • Include your despatch note as proof of purchase

  • Please note this does not affect your statutory rights in respect of damaged or defective products.

  • Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund pierced goods, hoisery or cosmetics, this does not affect your statutory rights.
